Eagle Parts & Machinery. Inc is a Georgia corporation started in 1984. At the outset our goal was to supply carpet finishing department machines, replacement parts and service. However, our services were soon extended to sample departments and custom rug departments.

We offer service for all machines we sell, and stock a full line of replacement parts for machines.

 

 

We now sell many types of industrial sewing machinery and replacement parts to the carpet, geo-textile, and artificial turf sewing industries. We sell carpet binders , segers and fringers for sample and rug departments. Lapp- seamers and butt-seamers and small hand held machines for tufting, dyeing, finishing and shearing departments in the carpet industry. We sell machines on carts for the turf industry as well as hand-held machines.

Eagle Parts & Machinery has been the Number 1 United States distributor for turf sewing equipment for the past several years. Machines for use in the geo-textile industry, both in manufacturing plants and for use in the field, are also available as well.

We are now dealers for several sewing machine companies. The companies are: Union Special Corporation, Titan Sewing Machine, NC Carpet Binding, Eastman Cutters, Consew Sewing, Jianmax Sewing Machine, Pegasus Sewing Machine of America and Juki of America.

Our 70184EHW butt-seamer is patented. These machines are used to sew rolls of carpet or carpet backing to make a continuous roll for processing through tufting, dyeing, backing and shearing. Because this machine sews an extra wide over edge stitch the seam is flat when finished, when the seam is flat a much greater savings in carpet is realized.


We have new machines and high quality reconditioned machines. We stock a full line of parts for all machines that we sell, and offer service by factory-trained technicians. When you purchase machinery from us, we offer training in our shop. Most orders are shipped the same day that orders are placed with us. We serve a variety of customers, worldwide.
